This Reverend Six Gun Chronic Blue with Rosewood fingerboard has suffered a tiny bit of damage during transport from Reverend to us. There is a very small dent on the lower back edge of the guitar. So small it is barely noticable but we are offering a nice discount because of it. The Chronic Blue Six Gun now comes with a Maple fingerboard so if you prefer Rosewood this could be your last chance to own this finish combination. The Reverend Six Gun Chronic Blue is a solid body electric guitar featuring three single coil pickups and a Wilkinson tremolo. As with every instrument we sell, all Reverend Guitars get a full pro check and setup in our Glasgow shop before dispatch. Reverend Six Gun Chronic Blue, classic "S" style on steroids! The Reverend Six Gun has a very familiar layout with a few tricks up its sleeve. The custom Reverend Salnico single coil pickups are slightly hotter and warmer sounding than what you might expect. This eliminates the slightly harsh and brittle tone sometimes found in the bridge position with a single coil. The middle pickup on the Reverend Six Gun is Reverse Wind Reverse Polarity for hum-cancelling when used with bridge or neck pickups. If you're looking for a more traditional tone then the bass contour control just needs to be rolled off giving you a much leaner and thinner vintage character. The pickups are wired to a 5 way switch with a volume, tone and the bass contour control. This makes the Reverend Six Gun a lot more versatile than it looks. Reverend Six Gun with high quality specification Reverend use a Korina solid body on the Six Gun. It's a medium to light weight wood which is highly resonant and produces a lively response. The offset Chronic Blue body is sleek and comfortable with great neck access to the upper frets. The neck is Maple with a satin amber finish and medium oval profile. Fitted to the neck is a Rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. The bridge on the Reverend Six Gun is a Wilkinson WVS50 IIK tremolo. This trem offers superb tuning stability especially when combined with the Reverend locking tuners and graphite nut. You can really go for it with the trem and know that your next chord will still be in tune!The Reverend Six Gun Chronic Blue has more than meets the eye.
