True Gibson Master Model made in Nashville. It's the no frills model, but this mandolin has the classic tone you expect from a Gibson, and with a satin finish, it is a bit more open and "woody" sounding. The chop is thick and loud, with plenty of punch to make sure your rhythm playing is heard. Volume is plentiful on this instrument and lead lines are strong and balanced up the fretboard with a pleasant, open high end. Has Ebony fretboard, bridge and arm rest. Also includes Hard case and arm rest. The instrument shows some signs of a lot of playing, it sounds great so I played it a lot. See all photos and notice some wear marks and small scratches and some fret wear at lower end. Its a great player.
