Rare 1965 Epiphone Wilshire Red Fox, Quality built along side the Gibsons in the original Kalamazoo plant. Mahogany body and neck, only 6.5 lbs. guitar is straight with no issues. Sounds and plays great. Pots date 9th week of 65. Original finish. No neck repairs, no finish checking. Your usual dings and wear for a 51 year old guitar. Original Pat. Mini humbuckers have sweet chime clean, but have a mean growl when over driven. guitar sounds like my old 70 Les Paul Deluxe. Neck is straight, has a nice feel, medium C shape. Frets show very little wear. I set the action low with no buzz. There are three filled holes where a vibrola once was attached and pickup cavities have been restored from where p90s once were installed. I feel I have the asking price well below competition.
