You are looking at a gently used PRS Tremonti se guitar. Great condition, didn't get much playing time. Frets are perfect. It has got your usual micro scratches in the back, nothing big. It's got a very nice finish and quilt maple top that I tried to capture on camera but couldn't really. It looks a lot nicer and 3d in person. It is upgraded from head to toe. Suhr ssv neck pickup, BG Hellabucker in the bridge. Both pickups can be split to either coil and parallel/series via Duncan triple shot pickup rings. BG bucker sounds incredible with slug coil and in parallel for cleans and medium gain and in series it gets heavy and screaming. Suhr in the neck is special when split in this particular guitar. Very fendery. In between middle setting has a lot of combos thanks to the triple shots, lots of quacky combos here.
It's got a usa PRS tremolo, all brass and incredible feeling and sounding. Very smooth and very warm and tonally rich. Puts this instrument to another level. Nut is graphtech and cut to perfection.
Tuners are self locking mini Grovers. Best and simplest locking tuners out there if you ask me. Guitar stays in tune like a champ.
Electronics are all new. Switchcraft 3 way toggle and jack. RS works superpots and caps. Everything is top notch. She is a heavy one at 9.2lbs and I got a bad back.L5-S1 woes... Plays like a dream with a low action and no buzz. I got it set a step down in D with .11-.50 DR tight fits. This is a great playing and sounding and very versatile instrument. It covers everything from funk to metal and in between. I'm in no rush or need to sell it so I would not go below the asking price. I got well over a $1,100 invested here so I think what I'm asking for is reasonable. PRS USA tremolo/vibrato is over $300 alone. Craftmanship on this particular guitar is something else. I've had half a dosen PRS se's and two Maryland USA mamas over the years and this one is on par with the USA ones just by looking at the worksmanship and unplugged tone and resonance. For example, you could see under the neck pickup how perfectly the neck joint is glued and sits on the body. Not the case with most Korean PRS. Same goes for the truss rod sensitivity. Only the slightest turn of the truss rod makes substantial adjustment in the neck. Frets are leveled and perfect as almost anything Paul puts his name on is. Buy with confidence, look at my feedback. I've sold plenty of instruments before. Fedex ground lower 48 ONLY.
