I've owned many many 330s/Casinos but never seen one with factory fitted gold plated parts before! Must've been a custom order? Has the classic 'Mickey Mouse ears' and dot neck. All original with no headstock nor heel breaks/repairs this ol' girl is all there. Even the cal girl case is original. This has the earlier,wide, flatter & roomier neck/fingerboard. The whole guitar is in great shape and these late '50s/1960 P 90s sound awesome! The pots date 1959.The gold hardware is :-- tuners(single Klusons) inc ferrules,trapeze tailpiece and bridge ((no string retainer).Condition is very good! I doubt you'd find a cleaner one in the U.K. (I got this in America a good few years ago from the owners son who was bequeathed it so only had 2 owners! His son couldn't explain the gold hardware and it was too late to ask his Dad sadly).Completely unmolested nor modded.These early slimline semis didn't have their neck strap button fitted:-they came in a wee brown envelope giving the buyer the option of where it's to be fitted. In this case the owner chose the bass horn so there's no screw hole at the heel. Great player,great sounding and a great Vintage Investment!
