An Empire giltmetal-mounted and bronze-painted mahogany upright Flügelklavier Circa 1825 The triangular top lined with green silk taffeta and fitted with mahogany strapwork with giltmetal mounts over a frieze mounted with gryphons and stylized palmettes supported by two bronze-painted carved caryatids; the set-back base lined with green silk taffeta and fitted with a mahogany fanlight; now converted to electronic keyboard. H: 91, W: 47, D: 21 in.
