This is a Gretsch Traveling Wilburys TW-200 semi-hollow body, single pickup, single cutaway, electric guitar. I believe it was made circa 1988 but it could have been made any year between 1988 and 1992. The Traveling Wilbury models were in production from 1988 -1992. These guitar were designed to be an homage to the Danelectro's of the 1950s and 60s. It has a white sparkle finish with Traveling Wilbury's decals and branding on the front and back. The guitar is in fantastic condition, as it was only used for display. It doesn't look like it was played at all and has the original strings. It's made of masonite. So it's very light.  It was made in Korea for Gretsch and signaled their return to guitar making in 1988.GENERAL INFO/CONDITION:
This TW-200 Traveling Wilbury's electric guitar is in fantastic condition. It looks like it was never played. It 100% original. It has a modern-style adjustable bridge.
TUNERS/HEADSTOCK:
Good quality, open back, tuners; in proper working order.escri
NECK:
Bolt-on, 18 frets. It has mother of pearl/plastic circular inlays for fret markers. The action is medium-fast. The neck is straight and all the electronics work properly. The frets are in excellent shape because it was not played. There's an adjustable truss rod. The fingerboard appears to be rosewood.
PICKUP:
One humbucking pickup. One tone and one volume controls. This pickup has a serious bite! If either the tone or volume control are turned down slightly the tone becomes much smoother, so I'm assuming they have a built-in roll-off feature.

I am listing it at a VERY fair "Buy It Now" considering it's extreme rarity and great condition, but feel free to make an offer! If it's FAIR and REALISTIC, I might just take it!PS: I might have a gig bag that it would nicely fit in and if you want it, just plan on adding $20 to your offer. In other words, state in your offer you want the gig bag included in your offer price. If you do NOT state that, I will assume you didn't offer the extra $20 to pay for it and it won't be included. Thanks for looking and please check out my other auctions!
