NOTE, this is also for sale cheaper locally on Los Angeles C L, if it does sell there first i will take down this ad. I have a 2015 Gibson Memphis ES-335 here. It's in very good condition as a 2015 should be, see pics for condition. A tiny amount of strumming pickwear is all i can find on it. The pics do it justice. It's a beautiful guitar. This is the satin finished version. I will say it has very little in common with the satin finishes on the lower end Faded series Gibson's though. Those are budget finishes. This has a more perfected, buffed, polished look. And it has an extrememly smooth feel to it. It really feels amazing handling this guitar, you can feel the quality of it when you wield it.As for the tone. I find that it has the warm three dimensional complex sound that i hear usually in warm wooded bodies like mahogany and not on maple bodied guitars. The poplar middle layer likely contributes to that. What amazes me though is it has the open 3D sound of a warm guitar. But it also very keen clarity and the distinct note separation. That is not uncommon on a maple ES-335. But it is really nice sounding hearing both spectrums of tone. It has the kind of tone that continues to impress you over time. A depth to it from the wood and craftsmanship that let's you hear nuances that us tone chasers hear. The guitar is all original and i would not change a thing on it. The pickups voice matches the tonewoods perfectly. The COA and case goodies pictured are all included. The original Gibson hang tag is still on the case. The guitar has had about 50 careful hours of playing time by a collector and home player. And has never been gigged with.For further specs, just look up 2015 Gibson ES-335 on your search engine and go directly to Gibson's site, they still have the full specs up on their site. The guitar has about 50 careful playing hours on it and has never been gigged with, it was a home player, collector owned. Also keep in mind there is no sales tax to you.
