What sets Bob Taylor's guitars apart from the competition, is the fact that he produces a vast amount of instruments while maintaining a very consistent tone. Check out the specs on this Pre Owned Taylor. This model, a 1985 build, is a dreadnought style 12-String guitar featuring Sitka Spruce and Indian Rosewood. Dreadnought style 12-Strings are no longer available from Taylor, making this a very special model. Sitka Spruce is a perfect topwood for many playing styles, in that it is stiff enough to flat-pick while soft enough for finger-style players as well. When combined with rosewood back and sides, the bass is rich and full with natural reverb like overtones. Although this guitar boasts a brilliant high end, the tone has no doubt mellowed over the years and is quite pleasing to the ears. Playability is another one of Taylor's famous attributes... a low profile neck and a 1 7/8" nut width is a feature that many 12-String players couldn't do without. These flat necks play extremely fast and are especially favored by electric players who are used to more modern neck shapes. This Taylor 750 12 string has some dings and scratches, as the detail photographs will demonstrate. There are some light pick scratches on the pickguard. There are also some light finish scratches and buff marks that could not be photographed. It has also had a recent bridge reglue by Glaser Instruments. Hardshell Case Included.Features :
