I believe its 1918 this was a cousins of mine from western PA .The Joy sticker was a nearby factory for mining parts.I am getting older now and do not list the items I used too,I am upset that the last I sold was shipped properly but damaged in shipment.The verbage and anger mixed with the most awful language.that would not be fit from my drill sargeant years ago.I called ebay when the buyer twice sent me this type of letter.Nothing can be done.Hopefully this sale will be different.It will be shipped and packed from a local shipping center.
