Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR    If you play rock or metal, this is the guitar that you want!  Charvel was "the" guitar for rockers in the 80's, and as you probably know they have come roaring back on the scene with heavy duty models like the San Dimas Style 1 HH HT.  When I tested this guitar I absolutely fell in love.  I played it through a little Fender Blues Jr III, and this guitar made it sound like a Marshall! The neck is lightning fast, and the Seymour Duncans sing! Here is what Charvel says and the San Dimas Style 1 HH FR:The birthplace of many legendary guitarists, Southern California is also home to one of the original innovators of high performance guitars—Charvel. Combining versatile tone and eye-catching style with breakneck performance and ultra-slick playability, the tricked-out Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR was born to rock under the spotlights with head-banging, first-pumping Sunset Strip style.Decked out to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of today’s guitarists, this instrument sports two high-output Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups—a crisp, clear JB bridge pickup and a rich, fat ’59 neck pickup for robust tone with highly dynamic articulation and harmonic balance. The volume control conceals a push/pull coil split to have even more tonal variations on tap while the No-Load tone control operates like a standard tone control from positions one through nine, removing itself from the circuit at position ten for transparent sound, letting the full natural voice of the guitar shine through. Play with confidence in the guitar’s tuning stability and intonation, thanks to the secure six-saddle hardtail bridge. The two-piece maple neck hosts 22 jumbo frets along with a pair of graphite reinforcement rods to resist bending and warping under environmental stresses. The speed neck profile and 12”-16” compound radius fingerboard are designed for warp speed playing, unhindered positional shifts and mile-wide upper register bends without fretting out.As curvaceous as a high performance hot rod, Charvel’s San Dimas guitars are widely acclaimed for their sleek, bold style. A black hardware package, including a Charvel four-bolt neck plate, branded die-cast tuning machines and vintage-style flat string tree are matched to bodacious finishes inspired by the So Cal lifestyle. Designed to match high-octane sound with unparalleled performance, the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR is decked out and rarin’ to rip it up in the studio and on the stage. What was refurbished on this guitar? There were no issues found with the guitar, all that was done was a set up.This guitar weighs 7.7 pounds.A Charvel gig bag is included with the guitar.

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty. Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping. What identifies an instrument as being refurbished?  All refurbished instruments have a small used stamp on the back of the head stock and are issued a new serial number.  This is to prevent an unethical dealer from concealing the fact that the instrument was sent to a refurbisher.FOR A LOT MORE INFORMATION WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW!
