Selling this Memphis set-neck Les Paul guitar in the Ibanez Custom Agent (2405) style. From what I understand, this guitar was built at Matsumoku in the 70s, I suspect alongside the Ibanez guitars, and features similar decorative inlays on the rosewood fretboard, mandolin-style headstock, and cool pickguard.
The guitar is in very good++ condition, with few signs of wear. It's a very attractive instrument, with a nice sunburst finish. The headstock has no breaks or repairs. The only really noticeable flaw is a ding on the point of the headstock where I believe the instrument knocked against the inside of the case and wore the paint down a bit.The guitar appears to have been barely played over the years. The gold hardware is still quite shiny with almost no tarnishing, and there is very little fretwear. There is just a bit of pick swirling on the face. The pickup switch cover actually still has the original plastic intact. The tuner look like Grovers, but they are unmarked. There is a "Made in Japan" sticker on the back of the headstock, which I've seen on quite a few of these guitars, including some Ibanez instruments from this era.
If you are looking for a Custom Agent that is in great shape, but is slightly less pricey, this guitar offers a very nice and competitive alternative to the Ibanez brand. It was probably made at the same time and by the same builders.

Hardshell case (pictured) is included. Please let me know if you have any questions.
