New Tokai 'Traditional Series' LP JNR-Style Solid Body Electric Guitar with Bag Product Information: The Tokai 'Traditional Series' TJ-80 in Cherry is a faithful recreation of a classic model that was introduced in the late 1950's.
Developed for guitarists that couldn't afford a standard LP model, but still wanted a quality instrument.
Even though the guitar was cheaper than it's sister models it definately found a home among some of the eras notable rock & blues players and continued on to be one of the most recognisable guitars in the world of rock n roll. Today the LP JNR style guitar is a sort after model and creates a sound all of its own.
Tokai's Traditional version of the guitar is a no exception and features the later introduced double cutaway basswood body for easy access on the upper frets, a maple neck with medium-jumbo frets, a vintage style P90 pickup with a single volume & tone control, an intonated wrap-around tail piece, vintage Kluson Style machine heads with white oval buttons and chrome hardware.
