This 2016 Collings UT1 is in really nice shape. It has seen very little play. It is a tenor size constructed of genuine mahogany. Hand crafted in Austin TX. Plays amazing with a sound you would expect from Collings. No cracks or dings to mention. Put in the right light and you can see 5-6 very superficial scuffs from where it was strummed. So minor it can't even be photographed. Action is perfect, no fret wear and neck is straight. Comes with an amazing hard case that's in new condition. Cheap freight ($30) to the 48 states.
