Your chance to own a 1965 Gibson Melody Maker, one of the rarer double cut, two pickup models. It has a very playable one-piece mahogany neck, a stunning Brazilian rosewood fretboard and a very light thin 'slab-style' mahogany body. The two single coil pickups have a very impressive ring to them, an almost bell-like quality that has appealed to some of the greats, including Gary Moore, Hank Marvin, Slash, Billy Gibbons, Joan Jett and Mick Jones to name a few. This is not all original. It's had replaced tuners, replaced knobs and a replaced bridge. This had made the guitar even more practical and playable.
