1972 Aria 1592 Tele ThinlineElectric guitar with original Hardshell CaseFantastic, rare, and well-sought-after "Lawsuit Era" Aria 1592 Tele Thinline electric guitar. This 1972 model was the only year where the 1592 featured a fixed-bridge and dual single-coil pickups before switching to a H-S configuration in 1973. The guitar is beautiful for 40+ years on this earth and has very little in the way of major dings or blemishes. There is one dime-sized ding by the f-hole (see close-up) and a bump along the edge (see close-up). The guitar is fully original (pickups, tuners, hardware, strap buttons, string trees... everything!) with the exception of the original jack & jack plate that was replaced with a modern football-style, thus exposing the four small screw holes from the original plate (see close-up). The guitar plays perfectly and sounds impeccable, warm, and responsive. There is very little playwear and the guitar was last set-up about a year ago. The original case is in decent shape and has two areas where the tolex is pulling up from the wood. All latches and hinges still function and the original handle is present and functional as well. Mahogany body in natural mahogany finish with a natural maple neck. For sale locally as well so don't miss this opportunity!
