This is a 1977 Gibson RD Standard that I've owned since 1989. It is all original and has not been tampered with in any way. It's got a fantastic neck and powerful pickups, it also has a Fender scale length so plays and sounds very different to a Les Paul or SG. It has various marks, scuffs and scratches and there has been a small wood repair to the side of the headstock - see pictures. But it has not sustained any serious damage and has spent most of its recent life hanging on the wall. I don't really want to sell such a rare bird but I have too many guitars and it's not getting played so it's about time I let someone else enjoy it. Ideally cash on collection from Woking or maybe we could arrange to meet up to hand it over. I've quoted £50 for postage as it's a big heavy beast and I'll need to package it well.
