Here is a great player grade 1966 Strat with 100% original finish. The only non original piece is the pick guard and maybe 1 knob and pu cover (not confirmed). There is a route under the guard for a humbucker, however, the original pickup was put back in. The original metal guard is still there with a repro plastic guard. You can see the square cut in the metal from the humbucker.
Pickups are dated and all electronics are as they should be. The only issue is the body route and the repro guard and possible 1 knob+pu cover. There is one extra hole for pg under guard.
The body has the "ES" stamp in the body which means "Entered Special" which was a special order, a particular store, artist, or for Fender's use at the NAMM show. She's a great player and all the issues are under the guard.... original finish all over. Just play it, and enjoy it ... !!
