This listing is for a really nice Vintage Gibson ES-340 Thinline Electric Guitar. This guitar was made in the USA by Gibson in 1969. This model is an ES-340 which is very similar to a ES-335 but has slightly different electronic wiring and also has a three piece maple neck. This guitar has been professionally Set Up and is playing and sounding really great. The neck is straight and the action is low and comfortable. The pickups on the guitar are the original Gibson Patent Number Pickups. The wiring harness is not original and the wiring has been modified. Currently the guitar wired like an ES-335 except that there is a push-pull phase pot on the bridge pickup volume pot. The guitar appears to have Grover tuners on it at one time but the original Kluson tuners are back on the guitar. The guitar shows a good amount of play wear including heavy finish checking and lots of nicks, dings and scratches. The guitar comes with an non original Gibson case and will be expertly packed for safe shipping. Please look at the pictures and email with questions.Thanks for looking,,
