I've been told this is a late 1981 1959 les Paul Reissue. I've had it 7-8 years. I've included 12 pics and have a few more if necessary. As far as I know its all original except the pots and I put Dunlop strap locks for safety. It came with a few dings I've shown in pictures. It may have been some kind of new prototype Gibson was working on because of the No. 19 stamp on head stock. Great playing and sounding guitar. Frets are stil in decent shape. Neck profile seems a little small for a 59, but it's comfortable. Back has some buckle rash but not bad. No repairs or breaks. Neck joint is solid on the body. There is a couple of dings on the headstock as shown in photos. Neck has a small ding about half way up. Original case is a little rough on outside all latches work inside in good shape. There are a few dings around the edges below the controls. Overall a great vintage guitar in good shape for its age. All questions welcome. All sales final.
