Fender Stratocaster 60th anniversary edition Classic player 50s.
Will be a semi collectible guitar of the future, a bit like an early mij etc Top Spec and good guitar, plays very well and is pretty decent to look at too. The body is hardly been played and the Scratch plate is in good condition, The neck chip came when I borrowed the neck for a project.. sorry. 57/62pickups gold hardware from Japan as stamped on tuners etc. Gold hardware Nitro body Nitro neck 21 frets .. This guitar has been played, it Shows a few signs of that and is not in mint condition.. However it is in good condition.. It has had the neck wire wooled to dull it down and stop it from getting sticky.. Looks better if you ask me, not so in ur face amber.. Comes with fender tweed case
You can't get these easily in the uk anymore, you can get them abroad ..
There new for around 750£ plus shipping from countries far away.. so more like 900£ once in the uk.. The original rrp was 995£ new in the uk. I'm selling this one for what I believe to be a fare price.. it is better Spec than a USA standard strat. And it also plays very well, in my opinion better than cheaper USA models and on par with top USA models as most mim classics are. It's only the custom shop that is superior. But I'm asking sense money for a good sturdy player.. you won't be disappointed.
I'd be happy to keep it.. I don't think it will ever get cheaper than this price so you will not lose money.. even in a battered condition.. which this isn't , but give it some more years of playing and the soft nitro will make it look lovely and used.. like a guitar should look. It has a small chip on the fretboard and a small chip by the neck pocket and a few light scratches from use. All photographed and really not that bad.. I will get the neck chip touched in with some nitro if I have time. It just a played guitar which is what it should be.
I have used the neck quite a bit as it is a good profile and very comfortable.. It's also one of the fastest necks I've owned.
Well any questions please ask.. I'm not going to move on the price as it is the right price for a guitar with these features. You won't get the case nitro and decent hardware and pickups for less and then you have the anniversary bit on top.. it's a bargain.
