Hi there, for sale is my fabulous Rickenbacker 360 deluxe in fire glow. This is a 1999 model (as indicated by the serial number) and I honestly do not believe you will find a guitar that is nearly 20 years old in this good shape. Apart from some extremely minor blemishes (one on the heel of the neck where the lacquer has peeled away slightly due to age,and some marks the size of a pencil head on the body(PLEASE SEE PHOTOS!!) This is as good as you will find without going into a shop and asking them to get you a brand new one out of a cardboard box from out of the back. As you will no doubt know the finish and lacquer can be very fragile and will show up most marks. This has virtually none apart from those associated with natural ageing. it has the original case, which is also virtually unmarked. It has never been gigged. I have never even rehearsed with it. it has not been out my studio since i acquired it two years ago for a project which unfortunately never happened. So its kind of just sat in my guitar rack. I acquired it from the family of an older gentleman who bought it from new but never played it. He just thought Rickies were cool and wanted one (don't we all)! So it just sat in the case until i bought it. Hence the awesome condition. Anyhow, a new project requires me to purchase a gibson es355 so this needs to go (v sad). Now the 'Bad' stuff. I don't have the 'case candy'. this includes the duster, case key and instruction manual. Now the 'Good' stuff. I DO have the dedicated rickenbacker truss rod adjustment tool. This is a special order item from Rickenbacker UK. It is virtually impossible to adjust the truss rods without this. My local technician has offered to buy it from me because they cost an arm and a leg from Rickenbacker. But, feel free to make me an offer. Ok, the nitty gritty. Unfortunately due to poor experiences on a certain auction website the following apply. Im sure you understand why, given the value of the guitar:
