Bears the mark "KUMALAE GOLD AWARD 1915..Some touch up/polishing and refurbishing was done. Condition as seen in the photo pics. (A noticeable number mark scribbled inside, like a pencil mark. Refer to last picture. The number is difficult to decipher. Its looks like C0-290 or 10-290.. )A Hard to find piece of the famous Kumalae hand made Ukulele that won a goldaward in 1915s. History:This Ukulele belonged to my late uncle who was ardent photographer and musician who passed away in 1984.This Ukulele is believed to have been purchased sometime in the late 40s..It was only picked out recently in 2014 while clearing his home after many years of being stored away.Not knowing the intricate and special value of this Ukulele, some refurbishing and touchup was done.Condition as seen in the photo pics
