A beautifully bookmatched flame maple top? Check. A unique color sunburst finish to showcase said top? Check. This is an excellent looking (and playing) pre-owned Historic Select ’59 Reissue Les Paul in a Southern Fade Burst finish with nickel Grover tuners as opposed to the usual Klusons. The Historic Select guitars feature all hide-glue construction, non-weight relieved mahogany body, a double-carved hand-sanded finish and period correct hardware for a playing experience that’s as close as it gets to playing an actual 1959 Les Paul.
