Hamer Diablo circa 1992Great chance to pick up a hand made American Hamer from a seriously quality conscious company that are no more. The adds used to say 'Hamer don't have a custom shop, they are a custom shop!' Guitar is made of alder in Aztec gold clear finish, 24 fret rosewood board with maple neck. Guitar is in good players condition with and a few knocks here and there. Pickups are Seymour Duncan JB in bridge and 59' in the neck. Controlled by a 3 way switch not coil tapped! Has German schaller trem which works as it should. Includes original hard case as pictured. I'm a member of the Hamer fan club and I have owned a few Hamers' over the years. I have never had a bad one. The build quality and finish are superb. I am advertising this at a level equivalent to Mexican/Korean level money for what is a custom shop American guitar. Its a no nonsense guitar that sounds and plays really well. I currently have it set up for Eb tuning as that suits the singer in my band. If you prefer I can reset the trem to normal A440 if that's your preference. Personally I like the half step as it adds to the bottom end of the guitar but it's all a matter of taste. I have listed as a no reserve auction, at a starting price that equals the ones for sale in America on other sites. So if you are in the UK you can get this for a lot less than you would do buying in the states. Any questions please message me. The guitar is listed elsewhere so be quick if you really want it.
