Hello! 2007 Fender Hot Rod Series '57 Stratocastor LOADED BODY.***Not to be confused with the current 50's Hot Rod Series that Fender makes***The Hot Rod Series consisted of '57 and 62' Strats, '52 Teles, and were made from 2007-2012, during the last five years of manufacturing of the American Vintage Reissue series, which began in 1982, and was finally discontinued in 2012.This is a loaded body, with neck plate, trem bar, tags, and all the items you see in the photos. The case is not included, but if you are interested in the case, then message me. The case is 90's era fender in 8/10 condition. Here is the story on this guitar:I bought it in late 2015 from a working professional guy that played guitar as a hobby, like most of us. He told me that he was a Les Paul guy, and bought the Strat so he could cover "Sultans of Swing" with his band. Nice song choice for Strat tones.... He told me he just couldn't get into the feel of a Strat and preferred his Les Pauls. I feel the same way, in reverse, so I get it.The guitar is in very clean condition. It has a few very minor dings, almost not worth mentioning, and you will have to search to find them. I tried to capture these in the 5th photo. I can't list this item as new, but I would say that it is in about the same condition as a new guitar that has been hanging towards the top of the wall at guitar center for two months. The ones that you have to ask a clerk to bring down for you...I bought the guitar specifically for the neck. I played one of these in the store years ago, and remembered the nice modern C feel, with vintage styling. I didn't play this guitar 'whole'. I just wanted the neck, and the body has been sitting in a case out of harms way. All that to say, this body is in about as clean of condition as you will find. It is a first year 2007 model. Nitro finish.I hope this is just what somebody is looking for to complete their project. The Somarium Cobalt pickups have a unique sound, non-traditional especially in positions 2 and 4.
