Fender Mustang, ‘69, Black, Vintage 1984, FULL UPGRADE --- FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE --- 1984-87, Made In Japan, “E” serial Within the earliest days of Fender Japan, FujiGen production Very rare to find E serial Mustang, rarer still in black! Gloss Black, three ply white pickguard Alder body, 7.25” board, vintage frets Maple one piece neck, rosewood fretboard It has had the “Kurt Cobain” style bridge Humbucker modification It has been professionally routed, and all cavities shield paint applied Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Humbucker pickup installed to bridge Excellent tonal variation, nice balance with the original alnico single coil in the neck The following upgrades have also been made using only the best high end parts -CTS 250k volume and tone pots -Switchcraft input jack -Switchcraft switches -22 gauge, waxed braided, vintage cloth wiring-Sprague .047mfd orange drop tone capacitor-All cavities, pickguard copper shielded Along with the shielding paint already applied, it also has full copper shielding installed to make this machine absolutely SILENT! Even at high amp volumes it is 99% buzz and hum freeThe wiring has perfect grounding and is now as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside The frets have had levelling and crowing touched up/polished, rosewood board cleaned and conditioned, re strung and action adjusted.
