What a great guitar!
These are RARE and collectors items, hence this guitar will go fast to the right person. This is a Fusion II or III, likely a II as it was made in 1990 at the Nashville, TN, plant. The body block doesn't appear to be Balsa wood so this might be a II. Rosewood fretboard. See serial number pictured below. I would describe it as having a "beefy jazz tone" and lots of sustain. It features a "finger" tail piece (micro-tuners), which is said to increase resonance. The action is smooth and it's just a beautiful looking guitar.
