Functionally, this guitar is excellent. The pickups are loud and there is a toggle switch that allows you to choose single coil or humbucker. I don't think any other Mosrite model had that. There is also a phase switch for the 'out-of-phase' tone that sounds like the background music for a spaghetti western. The whammy bar is so sensitive and you can deep six it without losing tune, since there is a metal rolling bridge and metal nut. The neck is actually a little wider than the Mark II and IV but very, very low action and has what they call 'speed frets'.There are a couple of dings on the back and a couple of places on the neck binding that cracked, but theyhave been repaired and overall it is in excellent condition. It comes with the original case and a schematic. I challenge you to find one out there of this model.
