c.1968 CORAL Sitar “Special Order” by Danelectro very cool 4 pickup version...1st we've seen. This is a very rare example of this Vincent Bell model Sitar, its Red Crinkle finish is holding up well although it has some edge wear on its upper bass side, what makes this so cool is it has “4” Lipstick pickups from the factory, the 1st Sitar we have ever seen as all have just 3 pickups, its clear main pickgard is cut for these 3 pickups, it also has its 4th Lipstick pickup for all of those bass drone strings, its Kluson tuners hold tune well, its tuning wrench is also included, these are getting scarce & this Special Order is the only one like it we have ever seen, it is in excellent overall & comes with its original black hard case.
