Ukulele Type: Soprano Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
Top Material: Mahogany Type: Martin

I have read that this model "Martin" style "0" with "T frets" was introduced in 1934.  This was my Mother's Ukulele, sadly it saw little use by her, as she passed away in 1942.  Her Father (my Grandpa) kept it in his closet and never played it.  When he passed away in 1965 it was left to me.  The "UKE" has stayed in my A/C non smoking home closet ever since and I have never played it.  This Model "0" UKE has the Decal Logo on the front w/ T Frets and small dot inlays @ 5-7-10.  It has been protected by the hardcase which came with it when purchased.  The case cannot be moved around much, it is too old, but it has protected the "Martin"all these years.
This UKE is one of the finest I have seen advertised on ebay and elsewhere.  I think it has less "mileage" on it of any I have seen.  Please look at the photos carefully they tell 99% of the story. Please Note: I have revised my listing and dropped the price.   Because when I look at the "UKE" with a magnifier I can see and then feel, with my finger, the most minute nicks and imperfections.  I realize that this instrument is about 80 years old and I do not want anyone to think it is going to be perfect.  You must really look hard to find any imperfections in this instrument.  There is a tiny hairline crack on the back of the body, it is on the surface only and does not penetrate the body.  I have read that this is common.  Please do not purchase this "UKE" if you are expecting it to be perfect.  Local pickup, by appointment only, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  I accept Paypal only and ship to the USA only.  No returns but you are protected by the ebay warranty.
