A mint condition 2009 Gretsch CVT Corvette (G-5135CVT) 125th Anniversary edition for sale in a custom Hiscox hard case. A solid Mahogany body finished in a Cherry Red stain, with a Rosewood fingerboard. Complete with dual Mega Tron pickups and a Bigsby B50 tailpiece. The case is a slightly modified Hiscox hard case (designed for a Gibson SG) that has been tweaked to suit and properly protect the Gretsch Corvette. The case is included in the sale. The marks on the front of the case are where i have removed (mostly removed!) a spray painted band logo, even though this guitar only came to one gig as a backup guitar and didn't even come out the case. I have hardly played this guitar since I have had it as I favour the feel of my Fender, but it has been cared for and looked after. It has had brand new strings put on and a once over from my guitar technician last week. This guitar is the 125th Anniversary Edition, and there is a nice plate on the rear of the headstock (shown in the photos). I would prefer collection only on this item, but domestic, UK courier could be arranged at the buyers expense. Payment via Paypal only please.
