My '87 American Strat. Nice naturally aged vintage white with yellowee patina. It's hard to see in pics but one with pick guard off shows the color best. Seem to be 100% all original guitar based on the serial number and dates of the neck and body, but I'm not positive on pick ups (numbers 016730 are on all 3). Neck finish on the front and back (except small area at 15th fret) is great. All electronics and hardware work well. This is more of a player's guitar in great shape for its age than a collector's master piece; been played regularly over its lifespan, has honest fret wear but plays very well with fairly low action. Body has some small bumps and dings along the edges , similar to those shown on the lower horn . Notable (through the finish) are 2 on the front and there is finish gone at the lower corner of 15th fret (see pics). Pictures of the neck removed were taken before the set up by tech, BTW. I played it very little since the last complete set up by tech (see receipt). Strings are playable but are 1 year old and should be changed. Includes original whammy bar and Fender logo hard case (not original to guitar, I think' and there is no key to case lock). Smoke and pet free household. Will be insured with Delivery Confirmation and must be signed, since it is a High Value Item. I'll pack securely for the shipping and I usually ship the same business day the payment received.
