If you LOVE the Gibson ES-345, look no further.... they only made 200 of these beauties in 1970... this rarity would make a very cool addition to ANY guitarist's collection!!! Plays like a dream... the action is BUTTER!!!! It don't get ANY better than this folks... seriously!!! ALSO INCLUDED is it's ORIGINAL Hard Shell Gibson case w/ RARE purple plush interior!!! The Gibson ES-345 was originally launched in 1958, at the same time as the ES-335. The ES-345 was designed as a slightly more deluxe version of the 335: with a multi-position "Varitone" switch, an optional stereophonic output jack, gold-plated hardware, large parallelogram fingerboard inlays, and thicker edge binding than the ES-335... This one here... was owned by ONLY one owner... it was bought in 1970 by my mother for my father... he had it for 43 years... until the day he died... it is VERY hard to part with... but we must... It is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS in EVERY way... the LUSTER on this guitar just GLOWS... it is super clean with not a lot of play wear to note... It was used mainly in the 70's... There are some minor superficial dings here and there since it's not new... there is a minor scratch on the back top as shown... but nothing of any real concern (see ALL the photos)... There are NO major cracks, changes or damages made... we tried to take really good pics, so you can judge for yourself... There is no fret wear or buckle rash... The back of the neck and head stock are in great shape... The tuners are sturdy... All original electronics and hardware are present and untouched... This Gibson ES-345 Guitar plays perfectly!!! The neck is straight and the truss rod operates as it should... The original electronics operate as listed above... The sound is just as you would expect...
