Jimi Hendrix ‘Psychedelic’ Flying V Style Electric Guitar This is a really unique take on Jimi Hendrix’s ‘Psychedelic’ Flying V, with its famous hand painted psychedelic patterns. It has all been reliced and aged to give it a heavy gigged and road worn style giving it that authentic 60’s look full of character. The pattern work has all been hand painted in One Shot Pinstriping Enamels so it resembles Jimi Hendrix’s own which was hand painted by himself, the body has finally been finished off in a vintage nitrocellulose lacquer to give it that amber glow. All hardware has also been carefully aged to finish off its overall look. The neck is a really nice flame maple with rosewood fretboard also been fully aged with a heavy gigged style finished off with vintage amber nitrocellulose. Hardware includes Epiphone humbuckers (aged), vintage style tremolo with Genuine Gibson Maestro tremolo arm, Gibson style vintage 60’s top hat knobs and vintage Wilkinson nickel machine heads.
