Up for auction is a high end 1952 reissue Fender Telecaster...made in the USA....2003..all original and one modification...electronics are set up like a traditional tele. Neck: like smooth glass, bar of soap, top 5 playing guitar that i have owned for low action and smooth neck...has been played but no major dings or marks...clean, frets are like-new, not gigged if at all..,9/10Sound: plays and sounds like a vintage Tele...the 52 is sweet...9/10Body: many pick marks on the pick guard, otherwise body is ding free...comes with ashtray tele cover, however no smoking! #56652 serial number on plate. 9/10Case is 8/10 based on the tweed 52 case with case candy.I will save some of you time by explaining this guitar...MSRP is double the asking price as new...screws are straight not Phillips on the 1952 model...serial number is on the bridge plate not back of neck. Not made mexico---these are USA models built with the specs of 1952. These guitars are the vintage reissue models. When you look it up in the guitar dater...the information refers to the guitar in the original Fullerton plant and vintage specs and heritage. Why am I selling? I am a strat guy who loves teles...must thin the heard, and it starts with the top model in the collection!Lowest start price on eBay for a guitar of this quality!
