This beautiful guitar is one of 5 lots I'm forced to sell due to downsizing at home. I am in my late sixties and now retired so my collection has to be drastically cut. I have been building Strats since 1980 and have sold a lot over the years my objection was to keep the best, but now I'm reluctantly even having to part with some of those. This particular guitar I built using a vintage routed Swamp Ash body from World renowned Musikraft Landisville USA , it's very light at 3lb 10oz and it's so perfectly grain matched that it really looks like a 1 piece body. I finished it in a thin 2 Tone sunburst Nitro and light clear coat which allowed the grain the show through which gives it a real vintage look. The neck is a superb 10" radius Musikraft  1 piece Maple with beautiful Tiger Stripes in medium tint Nitro lacquer, Gotoh vintage tuners, Jumbo 6100 frets (with very light wear light wear) and a Medium "C" profile, it's 1"&11/16ths" across the bone nut. The bridge is Fender USA vintage as used on custom shop guitars, the Pickups are Fender vintage '57/'62s and everything on or off the white Pickguard, which is fully shielded are genuine Fender, as are the pots, switch, knobs, even the screws and strap buttons, I never fit anything else on the guitars I intended to keep, the quality of my guitars compares with anything from the custom shop. To sum up, this guitar is in lovely "aged look" condition with only light indentations as shown in the photos. It has amazing tone, it also plays superb and string benders will love the tall fat Jumbo frets. Just thumb through my 100% seller feedback which will bare witness. Please note: I'm afraid to say it's become apparent there's a current culture of claiming guitars are arriving damaged in order to claim a partial refund. It has happened to me twice now in the past year and after offering a total refund for the return of the item, both buyers decided to hang on to the items -- Hmm! Sorry but if your up to this mularkey please buy elsewhere. To this end I would much prefer the guitar to be collected if at all possible. Please checkout my other top notch guitars for sale, thank you.  Ps: The nickname on the rear of the headstock is only in pen and will be removed on sale of the item.
