Up for sale is this wonderful Gibson SG standard guitar. This SG was made in 2004.Sonically, this guitar delivers all the bite and snarl you would expect from an SG when over driven through a nice tube amp. It's capable of quite beautiful clean tones as well, which are especially pleasant in the middle position. Cosmetically, this guitar is in very good used condition, maintains a clean appearance and presents quite well. It seems to have been handled more than it was actually played. There is only the faintest hint of fret wear on the first two frets. The there are some very minor dings around the edges, some modest buckle rash on the back, and to dings on the back of the neck which are highlighted in the pictures.The vast majority of this is simply normal play wear. The stock strap buttons look to have been replaced with the locking variety. The only change to the guitar is that the low E tuner was acting finicky and was replaced with an appropriate Kluson deluxe replacement tuner. The color of the button is slightly different, but you hardly notice unless you're looking for it. All the tuners are in perfect working order.The guitar will be carefully packed and be shipped in a padded gig bag.Shipping is $59.99 to the domestic USA.
