Golden era 1965 MM. Amazing Shape very minor wear, the nitro is very clean Sounds amazing all pots pickups caps and electronics are original. The frets are original 60's fretless wonder style with a 75% left . Very solid guitar for a 1965 no repairs or mods .
Amazing tone beautiful maxxxgony body and neck with a braxxi osewod fretboard.C shaped neck. This was my studios secrete weapon for a while so it is in excellent shape .The only thing that seems replaced where the tuners at some point with the same type of Kluson tuners from another Melody Maker from the same era. Stays in tune fine even with the vibrola.The case is not original this guitars would often come with a cheap cardboard hard case that was not very safe. The case it has is form the same era as the guitar it and story goes it was purchased the same day as the guitar.Awesome player ready to go.
