1. Fender Flame 1984 £850 A rare 1984 Fender Flame guitar. I believe only around 600 of these were made.Double cutaway body, carved maple top, maple set neck, rosewood fingerboard, fully bound body and neck, two humbucker pickups with exposed poles, individual string bridge and tailpiece, four knobs, three-way switch, three-per-side tuners, Sunburst finish, all original.The original electronics are still in nice working order, and there are no issues whatsoever. Playing wise she is unusually resonant for a Fender, and has a gorgeous crisp sound. This is probably due to the neck thru construction, which I have not seen before on a Fender. The neck join is rounded and very comfortable to play, and does wonders for the tone and sustain.Condition is good for the guitar's age - the front is almost immaculate, and the finish and grain of the wood is lovely.Original Fender USA hard case. Delivery includes insurance, collection welcome from Manchester.
