This is a top of the line American made Gibson Les Paul Standard Jimmy Page Signature Series guitar in immaculate condition. This series features a single cutaway bound mahogany body, AA-figured maple top, 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlay, bound black peghead, gold hardware, Tune-O-Matic bridge/stop tailpiece, cream pickguard with engraved and gold painted "Jimmy Page" signature, a three-way selector toggle, volume and tone knobs, which are push/pull pots that put the pickups in and out of phase, series or parallel them and make the humbuckers single coil as well (making up to 21 different combinations), in a Light Honeyburst (LB) finish. The pickups are standard 4-conductor 496R and 500T. The guitar comes with the original hardshell case with emerald green lining and Jimmy Page signature shroud. This guitar is the perfect example of a high end instrument that has sat in its case stashed away in a closet for practically its entire 21 year life. Everything on it is 100% original and no modifications have been done to it. There are no nicks, scuffs, scratches, or buckle rash. Even the case is in excellent condition with only minor scratches from sitting in storage, and the combination lock has never been set. Everything with this guitar functions flawlessly. The Jimmy Page signature on the pickguard is also perfectly intact and shows no signs of wear. The only flaw I've been able to find in this guitar is a tiny line underneath the finish near the cutaway (see last picture). I believe this was likely there when it came from the factory as you cannot feel it at all and nothing on this guitar has been touched up. It is only visible if you shine enough light on it at just the right angle. Anything else you see in the pictures is just reflections of the background. Also included are instructions for the push/pull pots, instructions for how to set the lock, and the original adjustment tool. This is the lowest priced one you'll find on eBay or Reverb (see for yourself).
