Fernandes' flagship Japanese model - late 1980's.
One Piece Solid Ash body Maple neck with rosewood fingerboardGotoh 1066 floating tremolo (two pivot system with screw-in arm). Recessed tremolo body cavity, meaning that the vibrato has extra travel (wider pitch bend) into the body when pulling the whammy bar up.Matching headstock (golden brown tinted natural wood)3-mode Fernandes Sustainer (Sustainiac) system in the neck position with intensity pot (in tone position). Dimarzio (noiseless stacked) single coil in the middle position.Roller nut
       My upgrades include a
Dimarzio Chopper T, which is a medium hot Humbucker (designed for Telecasters actually). Note: Red pickup cover can be swapped for Black, if you so desire.Kill-switch button, which works brilliantly when used with the sustain mode (the latter replaced the tone roll-off pot). Hipshot staggered locking Tuners (featuring their conversion strip - no holes drilled).
Amazing thin maple neck with rosewood fingerboard - a great worn classic feel.Natural ageing and player relic'ing at the back of the neck. Frets have plenty of life left. The guitar can be described as vibrant sounding with classic tones and medium output. This is a super unique, vintage instrument and players will appreciate the top spec features.Guitar is pictured in a Hiscox hard case, but the case is sold separately I'm afraid - contact me if interested.Collection is preferred (TW7 area). Case is not included but a deal is possible.
Payment is required immediately. For international postage please contact me prior to bidding.Good luck and thanks for looking/bidding.
