Items should be carefully packed, to insure against breakage & should be returned in the same condition as shipped, new items must be returned in new condition (special attention to warranties being unsigned, all paperwork, plastic still remains on pickguard & all parts etc).
Upon notification the item must be returned within 7 days. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Insurance claims that result from shipping damage are the shared responsibility of the customer and Garrett Park Guitars. Customer will be asked to save all packaging for carriers representative to review as a part of the claims process. Refunds that result from damage in shipping are issued from the carrier and may result in 2-3 +/- weeks to receive.
