Excellent Condition * Original Hard Case * FREE Next-Day Courier Delivery to UK This one's a rare & gorgeous 2005 Campbell Transitone, USA electric guitar - the guitar is highly collectable & a great example of a classic boutique guitar - genuine, original & unmodified - the guitar build quality & components are top class & of course the sound is fabulous - I bought this guitar direct from another player/collector - new price is over £2500 subject to availability. Of particular note is the stunning Sunburst gloss nitro finish (rich, deep colouring, surely one of the most desirable colourings) with matching headstock, on Solid Body (Linden wood or ??) showing very distinctive wood grain, with Rock Maple Neck & Fretboard - usual high-spec, including 2 Lollar SCFH single-coil pickups (similar to P-90). By now you will know that prices for Campbell guitars have continued to rise sharply - I think this guitar offers excellent value with great investment potential - I'm always deluged with enquiries whenever I list a particularly nice guitar - please let me know quick if this is the one you want. Condition :- "Excellent" - the guitar has been played & shows a few very small marks, but nothing really - the guitar has mostly just been stored away recently - no buckle rash, no breaks & no repairs - any other "marks" in the photos are camera reflections or wood grain - I do think the guitar looks & sounds fabulous - it's also very clean & has been well loved - I think the colour & overall look is well represented in the photos - everything works as it should, there are no issues. The guitar plays very smoothly, it's nicely set up with brand new D'Addario XL nickel 10's & ready to play - the frets show a small amount wear but it's all consistent & doesn't affect playability - otherwise the maple fretboard is excellent - the guitar is well-balanced, and a good weight at about 8.0 lbs. If you're looking for a collectable Campbell Transitone guitar, for playing, display or investment, and at a sensible price, this could be the one for you - I think the overall look & immense sound make this particular guitar a very special & desirable instrument - the guitar is exactly as seen in the photos, and I would welcome any questions or inspection.
