HERE IT IS....PROBABLY THE LAST "BRAND NEW" TEN YEAR OLD "USA '57 REISSUE MARY KAYE STRAT!(Of course, since I am a private collector, not a dealer, and I am the original owner, it can't technically be called "new". So I listed it as "new-other", but if you feel better if I call it "used", then consider it "used", even though I have NEVER EVER used it beyond testing it.)For sale is this absolutely gorgeous '57 AVRI Mary Kaye 50th anniversary stratocaster. It has NEVER been played and it is in FLAWLESS LIKE NEW condition. I plugged it in to check the electronics and everything works perfectly. The switch is dead quiet as well as the pots and the pickups sound absolutely beautiful. The neck is among the best I've held and the guitar just sings. It has the factory strings on it, as well as the protective plastic film on the pickguard and tremolo cover. Comes with vintage tweed case which is in near-pristine condition. It hasn't been stored in a carton so it may show signs of wear, but hardly worth mentioning. It also comes with ALL the original case candy, all of it still sealed and PERFECT. This guitar came out of my private collection. For the past near ten years it has been in its case in a climate controlled room. It was never exposed to smoke or damaging factors of any other kind. Please note that Mary Kaye passed away in 2007. Coincidentally, this was also the year of Fender's 50th anniversary.
