What makes this guitar special: A great-playing lightweight Power Jet in a sleek black finish, in outstanding condition. This one was recently acquired from the original owner who appears to have seldom played it. He did go to the liberty of upgrading the bridge to a rocking bar, which provides a noticeable difference in sustain and allows for a lot more fluidity in usage of the Bigsby. The original is included, but after playing it with the upgrade, you’re unlikely to switch back. As with all our pieces, it’s been professionally setup and inspected by our expert in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play.Cosmetic condition: Excellent condition! There are a few surface and handling scratches, as well as some pickwear on the pickguard.Body: Chambered mahogany body with bound maple cap in black finish. Tru-Arc space roller bridge with rosewood bridge and Bigsby tremolo tailpiece.Weight: 7 lb, 6.5 ozNeck: C-shaped mahogany neck with black side dots and Neo-Classic pearl thumbnail inlays. 1 11/16” nut width, 24.6” scale length. Double bound ebony fingerboard is in terrific shape and frets show almost no visible wear at all. Sperzel locking tuners function perfectly. Neck is straight and truss rod works great.Electronics: Dual TV Jones FilterTron humbuckers with 3-way pickup selector switch, 3-way tone selector switch, and G-Arrow knobs, 2x individual volume, 1x master volume.Case: Original hard shell case included.
