Up for sale is this Vintage: 1965 / 1966 Kalamazoo KG-1A Electric Guitar with the Original Case & Original "Grey" Cord as seen in the above photos. This item is in remarkable cosmetic pre-owned condition. This is the Las Vegas Blue Color. There is a spot of corrosion on the vibrato bar. There are some rub marks from were this rubbed in the case all those years. I'm sure those will rubbed off but was advised to leave this in absolute original condition. The case has only light wear to it as noted in the photos. The guitar was purchased from the original owner who received it for Christmas in 1966. She informed us that she never played it because she had wanted an acoustic as opposed to this Electric Model. The guitar sat in the same room that she received it in (Dec. 1966), until we rescued it a while back. We had this set up at a local shop. The action was extremely high and they had to "shim" the neck and raise the post as noted in the photos. They also installed light number 8 gauge strings that are currently on the guitar.
