Well, I never thought the day would actually come but it's time to move this one along...I am the original owner of this guitar purchased new at American Music in Fremont.This workhorse was gigged heavily (200+ shows) from the day of purchase through 1999 when I went on hiatus from playing. It hasn't seen a lot of gigs since as I've developed a taste for small-builder guitars.Blah, blah, blah - anyway, IMHO, one of the best grab-n-go gig-guitars Fender ever made. The Pearly Gates humbucker and Texas Specials deliver a variety of tones that easily cover multiple genres.The guitar itself is still in good condition as I take care of all my gear....she has a bump here and there but nothing crazy and being a black finish, difficult to see. I had the frets dressed back in 2008 at A# in Renton and it has been played a handful of times since.Comes with original black Fender hardshell case w/red interior and unopened polishing cloth.
