Awesome 2003 Gibson Les Paul Standard with rare Root Beer finish and gorgeous top. The Les Paul weighs in at a solid 10lbs 9ozs. It has the standard Burstbucker Pros.50's wiring, Russian paper in oil caps, .015 in the neck and .022 in the bridge. Both volumes have been changed from the stock 300k to 550k. (original 300k's go with the guitar)It has the 60's slim profile neck which is super comfortable to play, lots of fret life left and stays in tune just fine. While probably an over used term this thing is truly a tone monster and is easy to play.This is not a wall flower or closet classic. There are some very minor blemishes because it's been played however it is still in outstanding condition with no major nicks, scratches, dents or damage to the finish anywhere.This is probably one of the best Les Pauls I've ever owned. I'm selling because I just don't play Les Paul's as much anymore. I've had my fun with this one and it's time someone else gets to enjoy it.The case is in great condition. This is truly a great guitar.
