It is the reissue that came out in 2000.The Serial number is: 006051.  It is in excellent playing and cosmetic condition.Included is the original hardshell case, original truss rod wrench, and documentation.This was expertly set up in Los Angeles by Andy Brauer, who was Slash's long-time guitar tech.Everything is original with the exception of the added Solid Bone nut and strap locks.Used minimally in smoke-free commercial recording studio. There are some very light scratches from playing. This is from the personal collection of Grammy Nominated Producer Chris Cox, who has produced records for Christine Aguilera, Madonna, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and numerous other artists.This is beautiful instrument and plays like a dream!
